Restaurants & retail

Restaurants, coffee shops and local shops

FAQ

Is online payment mandatory?

No. Many venues prefer orders prepared in advance with payment on pickup. Online payment is an option to quote if you want it.

Can I edit the menu myself?

Depending on the solution, some updates may be self-service. Otherwise Greatly intervenes on request with a tailored quote.

Does the site replace a till or POS?

No. A site or ordering journey supports your existing setup. Any POS connection requires a separate study.

How many languages can I offer?

FR, NL and EN are common in Belgium, but language count is a quote variable based on content to produce and maintain.

What happens after launch?

Adjustments may be included in the initial quote. Beyond that, maintenance and evolutions are handled as complementary work or predefined recurring follow-up.
