Maintenance

Maintenance and support

A useful website or application does not stop on launch day. Depending on your project, Greatly can handle adjustments, fix issues, apply updates or evolve the tool over time.

After launch, requests often involve content tweaks, fixes, technical updates or a new feature. How we handle them depends on the origin of the issue and the terms set for your project. We clarify the modalities before any intervention.

Corrections planned in the project

Commitments linked to delivery, the acceptance period and agreed minor adjustments may be covered according to what was planned for your project.

  • Fixes during the acceptance period.
  • Minor adjustments linked to project commitments.
  • Fine-tuning agreed before or just after launch.
  • Handover and documentation for updates you manage yourself.

New features and out-of-scope requests

New features, structural changes or requests outside the delivered scope are quoted. Defects related to the delivered scope may be covered under your project conditions.

  • Adding features, pages or journeys.
  • Changes to structure, design or languages.
  • Integration of a new tool.
  • Evolutions beyond the adjustments planned for the project.

Recurring maintenance

When you subscribe to ongoing support, content and frequency are defined together — updates, small evolutions and technical follow-up according to the selected plan.

  • Security and dependency updates.
  • Smaller evolutions bundled on a monthly or quarterly basis.
  • Hosting follow-up and domain renewal when managed by Greatly.
  • Scheduled check-ins to prioritise next evolutions.

Third-party changes and services

Issues caused by external changes or interventions outside our scope are reviewed case by case and usually quoted separately.

  • CMS edits that break the layout.
  • Domain, hosting or DNS changes managed elsewhere.
  • Changes or outages of external APIs and tools.
  • Work needed after third-party services not managed by Greatly.

How to request an intervention

Describe the context, page or feature involved, and what you observe. Attach a screenshot if helpful. We assess whether it is a covered fix, a scoped evolution to quote, or a point to plan in recurring follow-up.

  1. 01

Send your request by email with as much detail as possible.

  2. 02

Describe the impact of the issue on your activity so we can help prioritise your request.

  3. 03

We confirm handling and billing mode before intervention.

  4. 04

Approved fixes are deployed after you agree to the quote or applicable support plan.

FAQ

Is maintenance included in every project?

The initial quote states what is delivered and what may be followed up afterwards. Nothing is imposed automatically after launch.

Can I edit the site myself?

Depending on the chosen solution, some content areas may be editable by you. Otherwise Greatly intervenes on request, with a quote suited to the change.

Do you handle emergencies?

We treat requests with responsiveness depending on the nature of the issue and current workload. After review, we share a realistic timeframe.

Are technical updates automatic?

They may be scheduled within recurring follow-up. Outside a contract, every update requires prior agreement on scope and cost.

Is hosting part of support?

Hosting may be proposed and managed by Greatly when stated in the quote. Otherwise you keep your own host and we intervene on the app or site.

How are evolutions billed?

Per one-off quote or via a predefined support plan. Change volume and frequency are scoped according to the selected formula.
